ニューマティック･メール/郵便エアチューブ：20世紀初頭を代表するシステムの一つで、建物内に張り巡らされたエアチューブの中に文書入りのカプセルを圧縮空気の力で各部署に送り出す。物理版E-mailみたいなシステム。現在は過去の遺物のようなシステムだが、物品そのものを送ることができるため、病院などでは今でも使用されている場所があるらしい。送り出す際にはプシュー、ガッコンとかなり派手な音がする。 💬アッパーの象徴のようなシステムだよね。あっちにもこっちにもエアチューブとカプセルがあるし。 |
