Cardsharp is a charming failure: quick with his hands, quick to chase money, and even quicker to get in trouble.
But he never leaves a friend behind. He runs entertainment facilities including the City's casino. Always dressed in a top hat and pince-nez.
多芸多才、でもちっとも役に立たない、残念なアルセーヌ=ルパンのような男。金目のモノに目がないが、友達は決して見捨てない。
シルクハットと弦ナシの眼鏡がトレードマークで、シティでカジノをはじめとする娯楽施設を経営している。
